Reservation Policies
First time guests, and Color appointments require a valid credit card to secure the reservation. Clients credit card provided may be charged .50 cents to confirm it is a valid card. That charge will be deducted from the service total at checkout.
Cancellations and rescheduling.
Your credit card will be charged up to 100% of the service(s) booked if you do not meet the following guidelines. Cancellations will not be excepted via email. Please call 1.702.410.5459 to cancel.
* A minimum of 24 hours notice for any service that is being cancelled.
* A minimum of 48 hours for Extensions, brazilian blowout and color transformation appointments.
No call no show
If a guest no calls/no shows an appointment, we will no longer hold reservations for them. For future appointments, walk-in basis please. If the guest wishes to rebook, all services must be paid in advance.
Children
As a courtesy to other salon guests, An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. Children may not be left alone in the lobby area at any time. Children are NOT permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the parent's hair service for the safety of the child, parent, and salon staff.
Walk-Ins
We appreciate walk-in customers, however you may have a waiting time dependant upon availability.
Pets
We LOVE LOVE LOVE 'em! However, for the comfort and safety of all our guests, please do not bring pets into the salon. As always, though, well behaved service dogs are welcome at any time.
