Reservation Policies
New client appointments, multiple and block bookings require a valid credit card to secure the reservation. Clients credit card provided may be charged $1.00 to confirm it is a valid card. That dollar will be deducted from the service total at checkout.
Cancellations and rescheduling.
We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy. Your credit card will be charged up to 100% of the service(s) booked if you do not meet the following guidelines. Cancellations will not be excepted via email. Please call 1.702.410.5459 to cancel.
* A minimum of 24 hours notice for any single or double service.
* A minimum of 48 hours for 3 or more services, block bookings and parties.
* A minimum of 72 hours for parties of 6 or more.
* A minimum of 1 week for bridal parties 6 or more
No call no show
If a client no calls/no shows an appointment, we will no longer hold reservations for them. For future appointments, walk- in basis please.
Children
As a courtesy to other salon guests, An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 at all times. Children may not be left alone in the lobby area at any time. Children are NOT permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the parent's hair service for the safety of the child, parent, and salon staff.
Walk-Ins
We appreciate walk-in customers, however you may have a waiting time dependant upon availability.
Pets
We LOVE LOVE LOVE 'em, however, for the comfort and safety of all our guests, please do not bring pets into the salon. As always, though, well behaved service dogs are welcome at any time.
Discounts for party host
When booking parties of 8 or more, the host will receive a 50% discount on her personal services.The following terms apply:
*Cannot be transferred to other guests.
*Only valid the day of party.
*Not valid for bridal (bride) hair/makeup services.
*Not valid toward any chemical, cut or mobile service.
*Not valid toward Paparazzi services.
*Not valid with any other offer.
Party host defined
The “Host” is defined as the individual who is holding the parties reservation with THEIR credit card.
